Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and transport costs. They may comprise a fixed part and a variable part based on the price or weight of your order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will need to pay shipping costs for each.
Therefore, we advise you to consolidate your purchases into a single order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but each shipment is protected and professionally packed. Special care is given to packages containing fragile products.
Delivery Times
For all our in-stock products, orders are processed and shipped by our technical team within 24 hours after receiving payment. The time it takes for you to receive your purchases may vary, depending on the carrier used.
When the product indicates “short delays,” this means that our stock is temporarily exhausted. Delivery of these products usually occurs within 15 to 30 calendar days, except in cases of force majeure (e.g., factory stockouts and long manufacturing times).
